Comfort Inn Lacey - Olympia

Had an extremely wonderful experience with the Front Desk lady, Jennifer. I've stayed in many hotels, but her customer service was by far the finest. From the moment I walked through the doors I felt so welcome and she was so helpful pointing out where my room was,what I could do there, when breakfast was- she just made my day! Keep on smiling, Jennifer. You're doing an amazing job! Give this girl a raise!!!

Danny,Nancy, Daniel and it's current employees are amazing and all stay true to their jobs by making every guest count and they are the only reason why guest service is at it's best when needed or just being acknowledged with a warm smile. Property is usually busy nor steadyt hroughout the year, nevertheless their professionalism is always at it's top priority.. thank you

Standard run-of-the-mill motel. It's OK. Check-in was straightforward. The only thing I guess is that the pool area, which is right across the elevator, smells like feet and wet dog. Also, the shower only has 1 cloth curtain so it's kinda weird taking a shower because the curtain gets wet. The bed was also firm and the pillows offered no support so I had to stack a bunch to sleep and still ended up with a neck pain when I woke up. If you have thick hair, bring your own shampoo. I forgot to bring mine and I ran out mid-shower. Oh well, that's on me; I rarely use motels/hotels. I didn't really expect much because I only needed a place to sleep for the night and this was the cheapest and closest option to what I needed.

We had a restful stay on a business trip. There were 2 hotel employees that were very kind and helpful. In the evening it was Jennifer and in the morning it was Nancy. Thank you, to them both, for making our stay a wonderful time.

The employees are amazing but it doesn't match with the fact that the rooms aren't exactly that good nor the location could be better because of all the traffic that goes by this particular hotel. It's generally a good hotel but it needs a lot of renovation and maybe they could move it to a different location and make a lot more money. It's on the main highway in Lacey Washington if I would have known not I wouldn't have stayed here. I went here for a rally in Olympia but I cannot say that I would return here I would try to find something south or north most likely just north because I'm coming from the north and there's probably other hotels up there.

I really appreciate Andrea’s help in securing my rooms for the time that I am here. I also appreciate the other gal who works the later shift after Andrea. They are both super “Awesome” and go above and beyond when it comes to “Customer Service”. I really enjoy staying at the: “Comfort Inn Hotel”! Thank you very much “Andrea and the other gal who works the later shift after Andrea and everyone else who works at “Comfort Inn” to ensure I have a “Great Experience”! I feel right at home!!!! Thank you again!!!!

I dont usually leave review s, but i was shocked at how clean the room was. I used to be a hotel housekeeper, so I tend to be a bit critical , but i was absolutely impressed and couldn't muster up one single negative comment. I applaud the staff and I hope that all of the rooms are treated consistantly with the same attentiveness . It truly helps me to relax soundly and free of stress. Thank you for doing your job and doing it well. It doesn't go unnoticed or unappreciated.

Daniel , Danny and all their staff are really attentive to their guest and the operation of their hotel. Paying attention to their guest needs and concerns are pretty much addressed first hand and foremost in their daily task. Well maintained property!! Maria SN
